Jason Mesiarik

Jason Mesiarik launched The Sales Intelligence Company in 2016 to transform the effectiveness of organizations and improve the customer experience. Jason has dedicated his career to improving the productivity, efficiency and integrity throughout the customer journey. At Sales Intelligence he leads the research, analytics and design to help business leaders engineer and enable trusted advisor relationships with customers.

Prior to founding Sales Intelligence, Mesiarik was the Chief Social Selling Evangelist at Verizon Enterprise Solutions and his performance consulting was instrumental in the transformation of Verizon from a domestic telecom to a global technology heavyweight. Mesiarik was a leader of Verizon's global sales enablement and learning and development teams empowering sales growth and profitability around the world. In these multi-disciplinary roles Mesiarik led the executive engagement, program design and change management of over 10,000 Verizon Enterprise Solutions sales professionals. Mesiarik managed stakeholders, instructional design, development, certification and sales training delivery responsibilities for greater sales growth and productivity. During his tenure, he and his team were inducted into Training Magazine’s Top 10 Hall of Fame and recognized as the world’s best training organization.

Mesiarik's 20+ year sales career has spanned Fortune 500, consumer, small business, and global accounts from individual production to management, training and enablement. His certifications are a who's who in training and development: ATD, Dale Carnegie, Franklin Covey and Sales Performance International. Mesiarik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Florida and lives in rural Chester County with his wife and four daughters on their small family farm.
